Rayshard Lewis, BSN, RN is the Founder and Program Director of Frenchwood Family Care Training Institute. With 14 years of healthcare experience across rehabilitation, acute care, medical-surgical, ICU, pre-operative, post-anesthesia care, and leadership roles, he is passionate about developing the next generation of compassionate healthcare professionals.

Frenchwood Family Care Training Institute was created with a mission to provide accessible, hands-on healthcare workforce training while helping address the growing demand for skilled caregivers and allied health professionals throughout Texas.

Frenchwood Family Care Training Institute is developing a Nurse Aide Training and Competency Evaluation Program and is currently completing the required school, program, and facility approval processes. As Founder and Program Director, Rayshard is committed to building a supportive learning environment focused on professionalism, patient care, clinical excellence, and real-world preparation.
